What communities do you service?+
We serve Lumpkin, Dawson, North Hall, and White counties, including the cities of Dahlonega, Dawsonville, Murrayville, and Cleveland. Near the edge of the map? Start service and we will confirm.
What kind of garbage can you collect?+
Common household and business materials: paper, cardboard, cans, glass, plastic, and bagged yard trash like grass clippings and leaves. We cannot pick up loose items or hazardous materials (paint, freon, asbestos, liquids, and the like).
How often do you pick up?+
Most homes and businesses are on a once-a-week schedule, which covers the typical household. We can set up more frequent pickups for businesses that need it.
Do you supply the trash bins?+
Yes. A curbside can is included with your regular residential or commercial service. If you need larger rear-load bins, we have 2, 4, and 6 cubic-yard containers available.
Where do I put my can on pickup day?+
Place the closed can at the curb with the front facing the street so it can be lifted and dumped. The arrows on the lid should point toward the street. Need a different pickup spot for a disability? Let us know and we will arrange it.
What time does my can need to be out?+
Please have your can at the curb by 6:00am on your pickup day so we do not miss you on the route.
Why should trash be placed in bags?+
Bagging keeps loose trash from flying out when the can is lifted and dumped, especially on windy days. It keeps your street, and ours, cleaner.
Do you require a contract?+
No. Residential and commercial service both run without a long-term contract. Start when you need us and stop if your situation changes.
